I am a Holistic Health and Exercise Coach with 20+ years experience in athletics and exercise. I have specialized training in abdominal conditioning, spinal pathology and healthy back training, and biomechanics of sport. I am known for work conditioning athletes and for empowering clients with effective strategies for maintaining fit and healthy lifestyles so they may be as happy, confident and productive as possible.

I am a skilled public speaker and group program facilitator.  I have spoken on a wide variety of subjects, all over the United States, and for groups as large as 850 people.  Speaking is a passion for me, I truly ring with energy when leading an audience.  Today, I speak primarily on holistic health, nutrition for optimal performance, attitude change and internal or self motivation.
